• Establishment of Aurobindo Oncology Block at MNJ Institute of Oncology & State Cancer Institute, Hyderabad. A 300-bedded facility with 8 floors and special features such as bone marrow transplant facility, paediatric & adolescent wards, underground bunkers for radiotherapy. This facility will provide free tertiary cancer care to patients from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and neighbouring states. 

• Establishment of a modern Police Station in Bachupally area of Hyderabad to contribute to providing public safety for 700 businesses and 70 lakh population, part of the Cyberabad Commissionerate. 

• Establishment and launch of a new centralised kitchen, with a capacity of 5,000 meals per day, in Perumallapuram village of Kakinada district. The first solar-powered Hare Krishna kitchen in India, it provides nutritious breakfast meals (including millet-based meals) to 6,000 government school students from U. Kothapalli and Thondangi mandals of Kakinada district. 

• Distribution of bicycles to 1,550 girl students from 62 government schools across Narayanpet district of Telangana and Kakinada district of Andhra Pradesh to improve their attendance rate and academic performance at school. 

• Establishment of Lift Irrigation Scheme in Mojerla Village of Wanaparthy district, Telangana state, which is provided irrigation for 1,030 acres of cultivable land and benefitting 1,000+ farmers. 

• Establishment and launch of centralised kitchen in Mahabubnagar town & district on 19th February 2022, which has provided 1.83 lakh nutritious meals in the year 2022.
•   Inauguration of Pushpagiri Vitreo Retina Institute, which was fully equipped with high-grade ophthalmic equipment by APF. This institute has treated 38,401 patients so far for free.

• Launch of the Room to Read Creative Libraries program in 10 government primary schools of Sangareddy district, Telangana state. Through Room to Read NGO, 10 creative libraries were set-up in these schools to inculcate reading habits in 1,767 students from a young age.

• Inauguration and launch of Digital Equalizer Program in 10 government schools of Srikakulam and Vizianagaram districts. In collaboration with American India Foundation, digital infrastructure is provided and STEM learning is implemented in these 10 schools, benefitting 4,806 students.

• For its major contributions in the Nutrition space, through the centralized kitchens set up in collaboration with HKMCF, APF is awarded the Best CSR Institution at the Telangana Leadership Awards.

• COVID-19 relief activities taken up through various interventions directly impacts 6.63 lakh people affected by the pandemic in the year 2020. 

• APF establishes the Disha Police Station in Vizianagaram which functions to protect 1.2 lakh women and children.

• APF launches its second centralized kitchens in collaboration with the HKMCF, in Singupuram, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh. This kitchen provided around 44 lakh nutritious meals in the year of 2019-20.
• To commemorate APF for the services rendered in providing brachytherapy equipment to the IRCS Cancer Hospital, the Indian Red Cross Society awards APF a gold medal on 30th September 2019. This equipment has helped treat an average of 966 patients till date. 

APF establishes and inaugurates the NTR Memorial Trust Blood Bank in Tirupathi, Andhra Pradesh, in collaboration with the NTR Trust. Till date, this blood bank has around 1 lakh patients.

• COVID-19 relief activities taken up by APF to combat the unprecedented pandemic directly impacts 3.79 lakh people affected by the pandemic and lockdown in the year 2019. 

• The Andhra Pradesh State Govt. recognises APF’s efforts in their model village, Peyyalapalem, Nellore and presents the State Level Best Smart Village Partner under the Smart Village-Smart Ward programme.

• APF establishes a skill development centre in Varisam village, Srikakulam district, Andhra Pradesh for science graduates to enhance their skillset and boost their employability. Till date, 256 graduate trainees have found employment in the industry sector.

• For its CSR activities and the impact created, APF was awarded the Best CSR Practices award at the Responsible Business Awards on 6th July 2018 in Mumbai.

2017– Overall Impact

• APF expands its rural drinking water systems installation to reach more villages and more people across AP & TS, providing fresh and clean drinking water to about 8,000 villagers.

• APF adopts the villages of Borapatla, Sangareddy district, Telangana and Peyyalapalem, Nellore district, AP to transform them into model villages. Collectively, around 1,600 villagers benefit through this intervention.

• APF constructs and inaugurates the Aurobindo Geriatric Eye Care Center in the GMR Varalakhsmi campus of the LV Prasad Eye Institute, Vizag. Through this institution, 3 lakh senior citizens were able to receive treatment so far.

• APF constructs and inaugurates a brand new Govt. Degree College in Patancheru that has a strength of 1,600 students.

2016– Overall Impact

• APF launches the first of its centralized kitchens in collaboration with the HKMCF, in Narsingi, Telangana. This kitchen provided nutritious meals to around 58 lakh people in the year of 2016-17.

• Through APF efforts to introduce clean and safe drinking water systems in various villages of AP and Telangana, 50,000 villagers now have a source for safe drinking water in their villages. 

• Through the collective efforts of APF and Hare Krishna Charitable Movement Foundation, 1,09,500 in-patient attendants receive free nutritious meals at the Sangareddy Govt. Hospital.
