- Establishment of Aurobindo Oncology Block at MNJ Institute of Oncology & State Cancer Institute, Hyderabad. A 300-bedded facility with 8 floors and special features such as bone marrow transplant facility, paediatric & adolescent wards, underground bunkers for radiotherapy. This facility will provide free tertiary cancer care to patients from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and neighbouring states.

The first solar-powered Hare Krishna kitchen in India, it provides nutritious breakfast meals (including millet-based meals) to 6,000 government school students from U. Kothapalli and Thondangi mandals of Kakinada district.

- APF launches its second centralized kitchens in collaboration with the HKMCF, in Singupuram, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh. This kitchen provided around 44 lakh nutritious meals in the year of 2019-20.
- To commemorate APF for the services rendered in providing brachytherapy equipment to the IRCS Cancer Hospital, the Indian Red Cross Society awards APF a gold medal on 30th September 2019. This equipment has helped treat an average of 966 patients till date.
